NOFX
NOFX is a punk rock band formed in California 19836 by Fat Mike (Mike Burkett), Erik Sandin and Eric Melvin. The band achieved great popularity in 1994 with their album Punk in Drublic which was certified gold reached international fame. NOFX has released 11 studio albums, 15 EP and several singles and has sold nearly 6 million copies worldwide so independiente7 and without his music to be spent on radio or television, giving interviews only to independent media.
all started when Fat Mike (real name Mike Burkett) wanted to start a punk band that had good lyrics and good songs, recorders, and come out to play, this idea Eric Melvin joined a friend from childhood, who had no skill to play the guitar but shared dreams and tastes of Mike, who then played in a band called False Alarm. Together with Erik Sandin complete the trio, taking charge this battery, Mike bass and vocals and Eric Melvin on guitar and vocals. Ep's recorded as "The RCMP dog suck on this" and participated in what would be the first Warped Tour, with a loyal but limited fan base. They recorded Liberal Animation in 1988 with Brett Gurewitz of Bad Religion, and was relaunched in 1991 by Epitaph Records NOFX ran though the cost of recording. NOFX signed with Epitaph in 1989, exposing the S & M Airlines LP. In the same year was, at the hands of Fat Mike of Fat Wreck Chords label, which correctly pronounced sounds like "Fat Records." For a year, Sandin left the band and was replaced by Scott Sellers, and later by Scott Aldahl.
